摘要 对西藏某矽卡岩型白钨矿进行了浮选工艺研究。采用两段浮选工艺:一段粗选获得高品位钨粗精矿,二段粗选进一步保证钨回收率,两段粗选获得钨粗精矿合并,采用彼得罗夫法进行钨加温精选获得高品位钨精矿。全流程闭路试验获得了含WO364.32%、WO3回收率为79.04%的钨精矿。 Flotation technology for a skarn type scheelite ore from Tibet was studied. The roughing process was divided into two stages, namely, collecting high grade seheelite concentrate at the first stage and ensuring its recovery at the second stage. Then, the rough concentrates from both roughing stages were combined for heating cleaning by adopting Petrov method to prepare high grade scheelite concentrate. In the closed-circuit test, a scheelite concentrate with WO3 grade and recovery of 64.32% and 79.04% respectively was obtained.
