摘要
针对往复压缩机故障振动信号非线性、强非平稳的特点,提出了一种采用分段三次Hermite插值改进的ITD方法。分段三次单调插值具有优良的保形特性,采用其代替线性变换构造基线信号,可以有效解决ITD方法分量波形失真的问题。应用所提方法对往复压缩机轴承故障振动信号进行分析,结果表明,该方法可有效地实现轴承间隙故障的诊断。
Based on the nonliner and strongly non-stationary characteristics of reciprocating compressor vibration signal, an improved ITD method based on piecewise cubic hermite interpolation was put forword. This method used piecewise cubic hermite interpolation to replace linear transformation of the ITD method, which solved the problem of the component waveform distortion. Analysis of vibra- tion signal of reciprocating compressor bearing fault by using the proposed method is carried out, the result shows that this method can diagnose the oversized bearing clearance fault effectively.
