摘要 分析了影响超临界CO_2压缩机填料工作寿命的因素,提出在常规填料盒前加装一段迷宫密封结构,以减少泄漏量,改善填料受力及磨损的设计方案。分别对迷宫密封的泄漏量及摩擦消耗的功率进行了计算,确定了迷宫密封结构形式和长度,计算表明新填料结构在提高可靠性、经济性等方面具有很大优越性。 The paper analyzed the factors affecting the operating life of the packing of supercritical CO2 compressors and proposed the structure that installing a labyrinth seal in front of the conventional packing seal, in order to reduce the amount of leakage, and to improve the force and friction and wear of packing. The calculations of the leakage of labyrinth seal and the power consumption of friction is respectively made, to determine the structure and the length of labyrinth seal. The calculation shows that it has much advantages on improving the reliability and economy.
