分析管道压缩机干气密封发生泄漏的原因,介绍了几种典型的干气密封推环结构,对管道压缩机干气密封防泄漏设计原理进行探讨,并通过工作实例对密封泄漏量的主要影响因素进行讨论,提出密封系统防泄漏设计的重点应关注泄漏量影响因素的综合分析,确保压缩机运行可靠。
The causes of the leakage of gas seal on pipeline compressor are analyzed, and the typical structures of the push-ring for gas seal are introduced. Further, leakage-safe design for gas seal of pipeline compressor is researched, and the primary impetus behind the change of leakage value is discussed by working case. Finally, the key point of leakage-safe design for gas seal system is to follow the comprehensive analysis of the above characteristic parameters, so as to ensure the compressor running reliably.
