循环气压缩机振动分析

摘要 循环气压缩机为装置核心机组,担负着反应气体循环输送的任务。压缩机振动增大影响设备安全运行及装置平稳生产。对振动数据进行采集,结合振动曲线和频谱特点进行分析,得出振动大原因。结合工艺生产特点对造成振动大情况进行具体分析,找到问题原因,经检修得到确认。 Recycle gas compressor is the core equipment of the unit, and bears the tasks of conveying and circulating the reaction gas. The vibration increase of the compressor affected the safe operation of the unit and steady production. Vibration data was collected, combined with vibration curve and spectral characteristics analysis, the major cause of severe vibration was found. A detailed analysis was carried out with the conditions of the production features and severe vibration and the cause of the issue is found, which was confirmed during the maintenance and fix.
