摘要
在钠硫电池的制造中,陶瓷与金属材料的封接由于二者的热膨胀特性差异大而成为难度很大的关键技术。鉴于316L、430和4J33三种不锈钢的热膨胀系数与陶瓷比较接近,故选用这三种钢作为钠硫电池中与陶瓷封接的金属材料进行了腐蚀试验。对4J33钢进行渗铬处理,将渗铬后的4J33钢试样和316L钢、430钢试样分别放入纯硫介质中,于350℃分别保温50 h和150 h,然后测定其腐蚀失重。结果表明,渗铬的4J33钢试样的耐硫腐蚀性能最好。
Sealing a metallic material to a ceramic material, in making sodium-sulphur battery, has become an extremely difficult and important practice due to their greater difference in thermal expansion characteristic. In view of three types of stainless steel such as 4J33, 316L and 430 being similar to ceramic material in thermal expansion coefficient, a corrosion test was performed with these steels as metal to be sealed to ceramic material in the sodiumsulphur battery. The 4J33 steel sample was chromized. Subsequently, the 4J33 steel sample chromized and 430 steel , 316L steel samples not chromized were placed into respective pure sulphur medium, and heated at 350℃ for 50 h and 150 h respectively, and then measuring corrosion induced weight loss of the samples. The results show that the chromized 4J33 steel sample offers the best resistance to sulfur corrosion of the three steels.
