The Application of Modern Spraying Technologies in Protecting Boiler Tube from Corrosion and Their Development

摘要 锅炉管道在高温、氧化和腐蚀性环境中运行,因此应进行防护处理。详述了当前应用最广的两种防止锅炉管道腐蚀的喷涂技术—电弧喷涂和超音速速火焰喷涂技术的发展现状及各自的优势;结合相关行业的发展,提出随着我国电力行业对锅炉管道防护涂层性能和质量要求的不断提高,高速火焰喷涂技术用于锅炉管道防护将会得到日益广泛的应用。 Boiler tubes should be protected with a coating due to their operating in an oxidizing and corrosive atmosphere at high temperature. Development of the most commonly used two types of spraying technology protecting boiler tube from corrosion at present (i. e., arc spraying and high velocity oxy-fuel spraying) and their superiority were described in detail. On the basis of development of related trade, it is suggested that as desired performance and quality for coating protecting boiler tube become higher in power industry at home, the high speed flame spraying will be more and more extensively used in protecting boiler tube from corrosion.
