冠心病患者血清IL-17、IL-35及hs-CRP水平的变化及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨IL-17、IL-35和hs-CRP在冠心病发病过程中的作用及临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法对152例冠心病患者(AMI组52例,UA组64例,SA组36例)和40例正常人(对照组)血清中IL-17、IL-35水平进行检测;免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP。结果血清中IL-17和IL-35水平呈明显负相关,IL-17与hs-CRP的水平呈正相关,IL-35与hs-CRP的水平呈负相关。结论 IL-17、IL-35和hs-CRP的水平与冠心病的发生发展密切相关,有重要临床意义。
