Study on the Construction of Evaluation Model of Food Safety Regulation Execution——Based on an Empirical Analysis of the SEM Method

以食品安全监管执行力为研究对象,在界定了食品安全监管影响因素的基础上,用SEM的方法构建了食品安全监管执行力模型,并运用该模型对唐山市食品安全监管执行力进行了实证分析。挖掘出唐山市食品安全监管执行力存在的问题,指出制约唐山市食品安全监管执行力的主要因素。

This paper focus on the food safety supervision implementation. Based on defining the influence factors of the food safety supervision,we constructed a food safety supervision execution model using SEM method,by which we made an empirical analysis to show Tangshan food safety regulation execution. This study indicated that Tangshan food safety regulation execution is problematic. It showed us the shortcomings in the present work and the main factors that restrict to get effective food regulation.
