研究生理论物理教学改革探索

Exploration on the Educational Reform of Postgraduates in Theoretical Physics

随着科技的发展,国家对理论物理人才的需求越来越大,人才培养越发紧迫,但社会竞争压力的剧增使得人才功利化十分严重。如何调节这一对矛盾变得十分关键,该文讲从盾从研究生选拔、教师自身改革等五个方面对研究生理论物理教学改革进行探索,从而给出解决这一矛盾的一种方案。

With the development of science and technology, the nation needs more talents in theoretical physics, so cultivating talents is urgent. But the high social competition pressure makes the talent more utilitarian. How to adjust the contradiction is significant. This work which explorates the educational reform of postgraduates in Theoretical Physics from five aspects such as the student selection, teachers personal reform proposes a solution of this contradiction.
