木质纤维素接枝甲基丙烯酸丁酯吸油树脂对柴油吸附性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用悬浮接枝聚合法合成木质纤维素接枝甲基丙烯酸丁酯(LNC-g-BMA)吸油树脂;考察BMA与LNC的质量比,引发剂、交联剂和致孔剂的用量以及反应温度对树脂吸附柴油性能的影响;采用FT-IR、SEM、TG和XRD等手段对树脂的形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明,BMA与LNC的质量比为8∶1,过氧化苯甲酰、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和乙酸乙酯用量分别为BMA质量的1.2%、1.6%和50%,反应温度为80℃时,LNC-g-BMA对柴油的吸油倍率达到8.72g/g。表征结果显示,LNC-g-BMA表面疏松,有利于柴油分子在树脂内扩散;与LNC相比,LNC-g-BMA的结晶度明显下降,热稳性明显提高。 Lignocellulose grafted butyl methacrylate oil-absorptive resin(LNC-g-BMA)was synthesized through suspension graft polymerization.The influence of mass ratio of BMA and LNC,the amounts of nitiator,crosslinking agent and pore forming agent,and reaction temperature on property of diesel oil absorption were all evaluated.The structure and property of resin were characterized by means of FT-IR,SEM,TG and XRD.The result showed that the best reaction was as follows:the mass ratio of BMA∶LNC was 8∶1,the amount of BPO,N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide and ethyl acetate was1.2%,1.6% and 50% of all monomers masses respectively.Under this condition,the recovery capability of resin for diesel oil could reach 8.72g/g.The characterization results showed,the osteoporosis surface of LNC-g-BMA was advantageous to absorb oil.Compared with LNC,the crystallinity of LNC-g-BMA resin decreased obviously,but the thermal stability was improved significantly.
