摘要
对层状累托石进行插层处理并以此制备纳米改性浆料及涂料,研究了插层剂、pH及表面活性剂对浆料性能的影响。通过正交试验,确定了浆料的最佳工艺,通过组分优化实验,获得涂料的最佳配方,借助XRD、SEM、TEM、冲击等手段对材料进行了测试。制备的涂料具有阳光吸收率相对较低、户外耐候性好、涂刷气味小与环境友好特点,应用在装备表面取得较好的效果。
Layered rectorites were treated by intercalation process and then modified nano slurry and coatings were prepared.The effect of intercalation agent,pH and surface active agent on the property of slurry were studied.The optimum process of slurry was determined by orthogonal test and the optimum formula of coating was obtained by the optimization of composition.XRD,SEM,TEM and impact test were used to evaluate the properties of material.The results showed that the coatings had relatively low absorption rate,good outdoor weathering resistance,small smell of brushing and environmental friendly.The application in the equipment surface had better effect.
