摘要
采用合适的表面改性剂对三氧化二锑改性处理,分析三氧化二锑改性前后在活化指数等方面的差异。将改性后的三氧化二锑添加至硬质聚氨酯中,制备三氧化二锑/聚氨酯复合材料,再按照相同的梯度制备可膨胀石墨/聚氨酯复合材料。通过对样品进行水平-垂直燃烧、压缩性能、氧指数、吸水率等方面的性能测试,结果表明,三氧化二锑质量添加量为30%(wt,质量分数)时,复合材料的吸水率、压缩强度、密度等方面性能最优,氧指数较为理想,可作为很好的防水和阻燃材料。
The antimony trioxide modified by surface modifier was studied,and the compatibility of them was improved.After the modification,the performance tests were done,and the differences of them such as activation were analyzed.The antimony trioxide modified with seven different gradient,adding to rigid polyurethane prepared antimony trioxide/polyurethane composite material.Then seven groups of expandable graphite/polyurethane composite materials were prepared in accordance with the same gradient.The horizontal and vertical combustion,compression performance,the oxygen index and water absorption of composites were tested.While the trioxide addition level was 30wt%,the water absorption,compressive strength,density and the other performance were optimal,the oxygen index was more ideal,so can as a good waterproof and fire-retardant material.
