摘要
以水葫芦为原料制备水葫芦羧甲基纤维素(CMC),以制得的水葫芦CMC为原料,采用反相悬浮法制备水葫芦CMC/丙烯酸(AA)/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)高吸水性树脂。其中,以硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用红外光谱,热重分析对产物结构进行表征,对水葫芦CMC/AA/AMPS高吸水性树脂的吸附性能进行测试。测试表明:该树脂吸水率为1239.7g/g,对氯化钠(NaCl,浓度为0.9%)溶液吸率为105.5g/g,对浓度为50mg/L的磷酸根离子(PO_4^(3-))溶液和硝酸根(NO^(3-))溶液的吸取率分别是66.3%,44.7%。
A novel super-absorbent was prepared by graft copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA),2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS)then onto the preatment water hyacinth.The potassium persulfate as initiator and N,N-methylene double acrylamide were used as crosslinker.The charater of the super-absorbent was comfired by FT-IR and TG.The absorbency of super-absorbent were investigated.The results showed that the super-absorbent had the water absorbency of 1239.7g/g in distilled water and 105.5g/g in 0.9% NaCl solution.When in 50mg/L PO4^3- and NO^3- solution,the corresponding removal ion rate were 66.3% and 44.7% respectively.
