二氟化硅是一种重要的化学中间体,在氟硅化合反应中尤为常见,与相应的碳烯相比,其寿命更长,因此可以用来进行许多化学反应研究,受到科学家们的广泛关注和研究。对二氟化硅的合成方法、检测方法及其相关化学性质进行了简要综述,并展望了其发展趋势。
Silicon difluoride is an important chemical intermediate,especially in the reaction of fluorine and silicon,compared with the corresponding carbene,its life is longer than carbene.It can be used in many chemical reactions for research and received extensive attention of scientists.The synthesis methods,detecting methods and related chemical properties of silicon difluoride were summarized,and its development trend was put forward.
