摘要
针对熔炼炉液态出渣口的特点进行耐高温工艺试验,选择了合理的加热设备和工艺,确定了最佳的加热工艺参数。通过合理的分段测温评价和逐步提高温度的方法,确定了出渣口流道陶瓷管壁的耐高温强度和主加热电极的选用原则。保证了陶瓷管壁和加热电极不被高温熔化。
According to the characteristics of liquid slag notch in the melting furnace for process test of high temperature resistance, the reasonable heating equipment and process is selected, and the optional process parameters are determined. Through the reasonable evaluation in pieeewise temperature measuring and method of gradually stepping up temperature, the selection principle of the high temperature strength and the main heating electrode of slag notch ceramic tube wall are determined. Consequently, ceramic tube wall and heating electrode are guaranteed and not melted at high temperature.
