摘要 本文针对FATT50≤80℃高中压转子热处理工艺进行了优化,重点对我公司以往生产的此类高中压转子的冶炼方式、化学成分、晶粒度、夹杂物、碳当量、性能结果、工艺参数进行总结、统计分析。通过模拟试验摸索水淬油冷对转子高温持久性能是否有影响。有针对性地确定晶粒度和夹杂物验收指标、制定合理化学成分、碳当量和最佳热处理工艺参数。结果表明该工艺方案在保证高中压转子其余各项性能指标合格的前提下明显改善了FATT50结果。 In this paper,the haet treatment process of FATT50≤80 ℃ HP-IP rotor was optimized. Smel- ting process of HP-IP rotor, chemical composition, grain size, inclusion, carbon equivalent, property re- sults, process parameters are emphatically summarized and statistically analyzed. To explore the water quenching and oil cooling of the rotor would affect the property of high temperature by the simulation test. Finally we determined the grain size and inclusion acceptance index, developed a reasonable chemical composition, carbon equivalent and optimum heat treatment process parameters. The results show that the technology scheme in the guarantee of the rest of the property of the HP-IP rotor qualified, significantly im- proved property results of FATF50 ≤ 80 ℃.
