摩擦提升机衬垫磨损行为的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用热压烧结的方式制备了两种衬垫,研究了不同载荷、滑动速率下衬垫摩擦系数和磨损率的变化。用扫描电镜(SEM)对摩擦试样的表面形貌进行观察分析。结果表明:衬垫的摩擦系数随载荷的变化在(0.5~0.6)范围内波动,随滑动速率的增加而降低,随载荷和滑动速率的变化,两种衬垫磨损率的变化趋势具有一致性。随着载荷增大和滑动速率的减小,两种衬垫磨损率的差距逐渐减小。两种衬垫的磨损形式是粘着磨损,磨粒磨损,疲劳磨损的结果。衬垫材料中加入钛酸钾晶须,改善了材料在摩擦过程的塑性变形和裂纹情况,降低了衬垫的摩擦系数,减轻了衬垫的磨损。 Two liner was made by hot pressing sintering ,the friction coefficient and wear rate of liner was studied under different load and sliding speed. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe and analyze the worn sugface of specimen. The result showed; the friction coefficient of liner fluctuateed within (0.5-0.6) with the changing of load, decreased with the increasing of speed. As load and sliding speed changed, the rule of wear rate of two liner consistent also changed. With the increase of load and decrease of sliding speed, wear rate gape of two liner was gradually reduced. The wear form of two liner was adhesive wear, abrasive wear, fatigue wear. Adding potassium titanate whisker to liner material, it improved plastic deformation and crack of material in friction process, reduced the friction coefficient and wear rate of liner.
