摘要 针对柔顺机构优化设计未考虑柔度对机构工作性能影响的不足,提出基于平行四杆柔顺机构田口稳健优化设计方法,使平行四杆柔顺机构柔度达到稳健水平。根据实际工况,建立平行四杆柔顺机构柔度的稳健优化决策模型,以柔度作为优化目标,利用正交试验设计确定试验方案组合,将平行四杆柔顺机构柔度通过仿真得到并安排于正交表中。对柔度信噪比进行信噪比分析和统计方差分析,确定最优稳健组合参数。最后通过计算质量收益,实现了平行四杆柔顺机构柔度稳健。 The optimization design for compliant mechanisms neglect the influence of flexibility on the performonce. To overcome the above shortcoming, the optimization design of parallel four-mechanism based on Taguchi method is proposed to achieve flexibility robust level targets. According to the actual working condition, the robust optimization decision model of flexibility for parallel four-mechanism was established. This paper used flexibility as the optimization objective. The experiment scheme was ascertained by orthogonal test. The flexibility of the compliant mechanisms was obtained through simulation. Record the data in the orthogonal table. This paper makes analysis of variance for SNR of flexibility to determine the best robust parameters. The article proposed theory realized robust optimization design of flexibility for parallel fourmechanism by calculating the quality gains.
