小型整杆式甘蔗收割机直立铺放机构的运动学分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对小型整杆式甘蔗收割机在工作过程中出现切割后的甘蔗铺放在田间分散不整齐的问题,设计一种甘蔗直立铺放机构,建立其机构运动模型,通过模型的运动学理论分析、推导出铺放机构的不碰撞条件、顺利铺放的转速、拨杆长度及数量的相关函数表达式,并计算得到拨盘转速为(100~600)r/min,拨杆的长度为(112~200)mm,拨杆数量为(2~6)根,机器前进速度为(0.1~0.9)m/s较为合理。最后通过计算机仿真模型进行试验验证。试验结果表明,机器前进速度的增加会导致拨蔗完整率下降,而拨盘转速,拨杆数目的增加则会提高拨蔗完整率。当机器前进速度为0.9m/s,拨盘转速为200r/min,拨杆数目为2根时,拨蔗完整率为95.00%,机构的工作性能良好,满足设计要求。 To solve the problem of irregular windrowing sugarcane after harvest that appear in the work process of small whole- stalk sugarcane harvester, design an erect windrowing mechanism, establish the mechanism motion model, deduce the expressions of related functions of no-collision condition, rotation rate of smooth windrowing, length and number of shift levers through kinematics theory analysis of the model, and calculate that the disc speed is (100~600)r/min, the length of shift lever is (l12~200)mm, and the number of shift levers is 2 to 6, the forward speed of the harvester is (0.1-0.9)m/s, all of which are more reasonable. Finally, computer simulation model was used to conduct experimental verifwatian. The experiment results showed that the increasing of the harvester forward speed would lead to decreased sugar cane pulling integrated rate, while the mcreased disc rotary speed and shift lever number would improve the sugar cane pulling integrated rate. When the harvester forward speed was 0.9m/s, the disc speed was 200r/min, and the shift lever number was 2, the sugar cane pulling integrated rate was 95.00%. The mechanism is good in performance and can meet the design requirements.
