挖掘机非对称动臂油缸动态特性检测分析

摘要 对液压挖掘机在给定负载工作时,运用便携式压力、流量综合特性测量仪,对挖掘机的非对称动臂油缸压力变化进行了测试。并将测试结果导入MATLAB中,绘制了动臂油缸压力的动态变化曲线,分析了工作油缸的压力损失。结合流体力学等理论知识对非对称动臂缸进行了数学建模,从原理上分析了响应阶段和工作阶段影响非对称油缸稳定性的因素,并对此提出了改进方法。对油缸制动后的稳定性控制,可通过改进液压系统回路得到改善。该研究对从事挖掘机领域的设计人员具有一定的参考价值。 The hydraulic excavator is working at a given load, and the pressure change of the non symmetrical lift-arm cylinder of the excavator is tested by using a portable pressure and flow comprehensive measurement apparatus. With the test result imported into MATLAB, the dynamic curve of the pressure of the cylinder can be drawn, and the pressure loss of the working cylinder will be analyzed. According to fluid mechanics theory and other relevant knowledge, a mathematical model is made on the non symmetrical lift-arm cylinder, factors that affect the stability of asymmetric cylinder in the response phase and working phase are analyzed from the principle, and the improvement method is put forward. The stability control of the cylinder after brake, can be improved by improving the hydraulic system circuiL It engaged in the field of excavator design may have some reference value.
