K&C Analysis and Optimization of the SLA Suspension For Solving the Abnormal Wear of Tires

摘要 针对某公司某款车型存在行驶中车轮定位参数变化不合理,因追求运动性造成前轮轮胎内外侧磨损不均匀的问题,利用ADAMS软件,建立了该车型的前双横臂刚柔耦合模型,通过与实车悬架K&C试验的结果对比分析,验证了模型的正确性,找到了轮胎磨损原因,同时,采用MINITAB试验设计,进行多目标的优化分析,对定位参数进行优化,使该车型的轮胎磨损情况得到了改善,也为正向开发经济舒适型新车的提供了参考。 Based on the unreasonable variation of wheel alignment parameters, which causes front-wheel uneven tire wear due to the pursuit of sportiness, it established a car suspension model using ADAMS/Car and conducted the emulation analysis. By comparing the results of K&C experiment, validation of the model was proved, and the reason of tire wear was found out. Through conducting DOE of MINITAB, optimizing multi-target analysis and adjusting wheel alignment parameters, the problem of tire wear was efficiently improved, which providing reference for developing a new-type economic and comfortable car.
