摘要
针对圆盘回转式压块机,为了分析压曲横梁的振动与液压油缸油腔内压力波动之间的关系,利用DASP V10振动测试系统对压曲横梁的振动进行检测,利用液压万用表5060对油腔内的压力进行检测,得到了压曲横梁的振动曲线和对应的液压油缸内的压力波动曲线,并对两组数据进行分析。根据分析结果,提出在压曲横梁的液压系统上增加单向节流阀的改进方案,重新测定横梁振动和油缸压力波动。两次试验结果对比表明,该改进方案有效的解决了压曲横梁振动问题。
To analyze the relationship between vibrations of the beam and pressure fluctuations of the hydro-cylinder of the disc rotary Koji making machine, the vibration curves were obtained using DASP V10 vibration measuring system and the pressure fluctuation curves were obtained using hydraulic multimeter.5060. It puts out a improvement that a one -way restrictive valve is added to the hydraulic system based on the a[talyzed results. The vibration curves and the pressure fluctuation curves must be reexamined to detect the peffarmance of the improvement. Data comparison indicates the vibration problem of the beam is effectively solved by the improvement.
