基于结构方程模型的家庭支持、抑郁对围绝经期妇女生活质量的影响

The Structural Equation Modeling Analysis of the Quality of Life's Influencing Factors among Perimenopause Women

目的探讨围绝经期妇女家庭支持、抑郁和生活质量之间的关系。方法采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)中的家庭支持分量表、Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)和世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对衡阳市542名围绝经期妇女相关精神状况进行调查,并采用相关分析、多元回归分析和结构方程建模的方法分析围绝经期妇女家庭支持、抑郁和生活质量之间的关系。结果 WHO生活质量简明量表和Zung氏抑郁自评量表具有很好的信效度。结构方程模型分析结果显示家庭支持对抑郁具有显著的负向预测功能(P<0.01),对生活质量起到正向的预测(P<0.01),同时抑郁对生活质量起负向预测功能(P<0.01)。结论良好的家庭支持能明显的改善抑郁症状,从而促进生活质量的提高。

Objective A random sample of 542 perimenopause women living in Hengyang were interviewed to explore the relationship betw een family support,depression and quality of life. Methods 542 perimenopause w omen w ere assessed w ith WHO Quality of Life-BREF（ WHOQOL-BREF）,Zung＇ s Self-Rating Depression Scale（ SDS） and the family support scale of Perceived Social Support Scale（ PSSS）. On the other hand,this study made correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation modeling analysis to explore the relationships betw een family support,depression and quality of life among perimenopause w omen. Results The reliability and validity of the life quality evaluation scale and depression scale w as quite good. The results of structural equation modeling analysis have indicated that family support exerts significant negative prediction on depression and positive prediction on the quality of life. Depression exerts significant negative prediction on the quality of life. M ediation of depression w as tested by using structural equation model. Conclusion The good social support system is benefit to improve depression scores for SDS,and promote the life quality in perimenopause w omen.
