棉织物淀粉酶退浆工艺及其在手工扎染上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 主要研究纯棉织物淀粉酶退浆工艺,通过对退浆前后纯棉织物强力、白度、毛效、失重率的测试,得到最佳淀粉酶退浆工艺:退浆温度90℃,退浆时间30min,淀粉酶用量1g/L。同时将最佳工艺与碱退浆工艺相比较,发现与碱退浆相比,淀粉酶退浆白度更高,退浆率更大,织物强力更好,手感更柔软,但毛细管高度较低。将淀粉酶退浆后的棉织物,应用于手工扎染,发现扎染温度在60℃-80℃即可染出较深的颜色。 The amylase desizing technology of cotton fabric was mainly studied. By testing cotton fabric's strength, whiteness, capillary effect and weight loss ratio before and after amylase desizing, the best enzyme desizing technology was obtained, that was, desizing temperature was 90℃, desizing time was 30mins and dosage of amylase was 1 g/L. Comparing the optimum process with alkali desizing process, the former one had higher whiteness, greater desizing efficiency, better strength and softer hand touch with lower capillary height. The desized cotton fabric with amylase was applied to manual tie dyeing and the result showed that darker color would appear at 60%-80℃.
