摘要
电站对于钻井平台或船舶来讲是动力的核心,正确选择发电机的容量非常关键,关系到平台的运营,如果发电机容量选择过大,会导致主电站带负荷率低,发电机组运行效率降低,浪费了资源;如果发电机容量选择过小,将无法满足电气设备的用电要求,电站会超负荷运行,发电机组本身也会加快老化,故障率升高。发电机容量的计算方法有多种,结合实际项目工况特点,采取合适的方法是计算的关键,本文将采用需要系数法对正在研发的新型钻修井平台的发电机功率进行计算。
Power station for drilling platform is very important,correct choice of generator capacity is critical,related to the operation of the platform.If the generator capacity is too large,the main power station will be with low load rate and the efficiency of power generation unit will be reduced,power resource will be wasted.If the generator capacity is too small,the demand of electrical equipment will not be met,power station will work under overload situation,and the aging speed will become faster,failure rate will rise.There are many methods to calculate the capacity of a generator,according to operation condition of practical project,taking an appropriate method is the point.The demanding coefficient method was used to calculate the generator power of the new type well intervention vessel which is being researched.
