摘要
相较于单体船,双体船型航速高、耐波性好、航行平稳、操纵灵活,其突出的优点适宜用作支援风电维护工作的专用船型。本文的研究对象是一艘专门用于风电维护工作的铝合金双体船。根据规范,参照总体布置对双体船结构进行了设计,并采用直接计算法对其总横强度、抗扭强度和连接剪切强度进行校核。通过比较主船体和全船模型的应力分布情况,分析了上层建筑对强度的影响,最后根据分析结果对其设计过程提出了几点建议。
Because of the advantages of its high speed,good stability and seakeeping,and flexible maneuverability and mobility,the catamaran are suitable for windfarm support work.We chose an aluminum alloy catamaran windfarm support vessel as the research object in this paper and process structure design according to the overall layout.The Finite Element Analysis(FEA)is used for the hull strength of it with the direct calculation method,checks the total transverse strength,torsional strength,and shear strength of the connecting bridge.Besides,we analysis the influence of superstructure to strength by comparing the stress distribution of main body and the whole ship model,then put forward some suggestions to the design process according to the calculated results.
