摘要
为利于一线体育教师清晰把握改革方向,设计科学的教学模式,选择合理的教学手段,以更有效促进学生体质健康水平。利用文献资料、综合分析等研究方法,从学校体育教学改革的理论与实践现实的需要出发,对"健康第一"及身体素质等相关概念进行梳理。研究认为:在体育课程设计和体育教学目标中确立体质健康的核心地位,明确相关概念的逻辑关系,是体现国家"健康第一"思想的落脚点。
To the PE teachers clearly grasp the direction of reform,the scientific design of teaching mode,the choice of the teaching method in order to more effectively promote the students' physical health. by using the method of literature,comprehensive analysis,from the point of view of the need of theory and practice of school physical education reform,to sort out the " health first" and the physical quality and other related concepts. conclusion:the establishment of the core status of physical health in the design and the goal of physical education teaching in physical education curriculum,the logical relationship clear concept,is a manifestation of the thought of " health first" purpose.
