摘要
目的:通过大学生进行4周八段锦健身气功练习,研究八段锦健身气功锻炼对大学生肺功能的影响。方法:随机选取健康,无心肺疾患大学生20名,随机分为实验组和对照组。4周八段锦锻炼前、后分别用肺功能仪测试其肺功能指标,并分析指标数据的前后变化特点。结果:4周八段锦健身气功锻炼对肺小气道功能、肺容量和肺通气功能指标均无显著影响,但呈现改善的趋势。结论:今后研究者开展此方面研究,制定运动方案时应适当延长锻炼时间,提高锻炼强度。
This study aims to investigate the influence of Baduanjin qigong exercise on college students' pulmonary function by 4 weeks Baduanjin qigong practice. Methods: 20 healthy college students with no cardiopulmonary diseases were randomly chosen and divided into experimental group and control group. To use instrument to test their lung function index respectively before and after 4 weeks Baduanjin exercise and analysis the changing characteristics of indicators data. Results: The influence on pulmonary small airway function,pulmonary capacity and pulmonary ventilation function index had no significant influence,but presented the improving trend. Conclusion: Researchers should extend the time of exercise and exercise intensity appropriately when they carry out this research and work out solutions.
