摘要 采用水热合成法制备红色荧光粉Ca_(0.70)Sr_(0.18)MoO_4:Eu_(0.08)^(3+).采用XRD、荧光分光光度计、SEM对其物相、发光性能以及形貌进行测试和表征.结果表明:荧光粉为CaMoO_4物相结构.荧光粉粒径小且粒度分布均匀.pH=7、180℃水热反应12 h,800℃煅烧2 h条件下制备的荧光材料Ca_(0.70)Sr_(0.18)MoO_4:Eu_(0.08)^(3+),位于616 nm处(纯红色)的发光强度最大.Ca_(0.70)Sr_(0.18)MoO_4:Eu_(0.08)^(3+)色坐标比商用的Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+)红色荧光材料更接近于标准红色色坐标. The red phosphor Ca_(0.70)Sr_(0.18)MoO_4:Eu_(0.08)^(3+)was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.The crystalline phase,morphology and luminescence characteristics of the phosphor particles were characterized by X-ray diffractometer( XRD),fluorophotometer and scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results showed that the phosphor was with CaMoO_4 crystalline phase. The phosphor had the advantages of small particle size and the uniform particle size distribution. When hydrothermal reaction condition was at180 ℃ for 12 h,the luminescent intensity( 616 nm) of Ca_(0.70)Sr_(0.18)MoO_4:Eu_(0.08)^(3+)prepared at 800 ℃ for2 h was the best. The chromaticity coordinates of Ca_(0.70)Sr_(0.18)MoO_4:Eu_(0.08)^(3+)was closer to the standard red than that of Y_2O_3: Eu^(3+).
