摘要
以工业轻烧粉和氯化铵反应制得的氯化镁蒸氨溶液是生产氢氧化镁的原料,溶液中所含的Ca^(2+)、Fe^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)离子对氨沉淀法制得的氢氧化镁产品的分散性、粒径和形貌有一定的影响.通过将单一Ca^(2+)、Fe^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)离子与纯氯化镁溶液制得的产品进行比较,并采用滴定分析、X射线衍射、激光粒度分布仪、扫描电镜、热重(TG)分析对产品进行表征分析,同时研究了各离子对氢氧化镁产品的影响机理.结果表明:Ca^(2+)对氢氧化镁产品的形貌和分散性影响较小,Fe^(2+)、SO_4^(2-)对产品的形貌和分散性影响较大.
Using steamed ammonia solution reacted by light calcined powder and ammonium chloride as rawmaterial for producing magnesium hydroxide,Ca^(2+),Fe^(2+),SO_4^(2-) ion in the solution have a certain influence on the dispersion,particle size and morphology of magnesium hydroxide products. Then characterized the products with the titration analysis,X-ray diffraction( XRD),laser particle size distribution,scanning electron microscopy( SEM),thermogravimetric analysis( TG),and studied influence mechanism of the ions on magnesium hydroxide products by using one single ion Ca^(2+)or Fe^(2+)or SO_4^(2-) compared with pure magnesium chloride solution. The result shows that the Ca^(2+)have a small effect on the morphology and dispersion of magnesium hydroxide products,the Fe^(2+),SO_4^(2-) had a greater influence on the morphology and dispersion of the products.
