悬浮法制备墨粉的工艺与性能研究

摘要 以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯为单体,以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,聚乙烯醇为分散剂,通过悬浮聚合法制备墨粉,墨粉为球形,粒径小且分布均匀.研究引发剂加入量、搅拌速度、分散剂加入量、水油比、反应温度等因素对墨粉粒径的影响,同时还研究了影响墨粉热学性能的影响因素.实验结果表明:制备墨粉的最佳反应条件为:St与BMA体积比为1∶4,水油比为1∶7,PVA质量分数为5.00%,AIBN质量分数为1.00%,反应温度为70℃,搅拌器转速为400 r/min. Toner with spherical form,small particle size and narrowdistribution is prepared by suspension polymerization,and styrene,butyl methacrylate as the monomer,azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator,polyvinyl alcohol as the dispersant. The effective factors of the addition of an initiator,the stirring speed,the addition of dispersant,the ratio of water-oil and the temperature of the reaction to the toner particle size were studied while the thermal characteristics of toner was investigated. The experimental results shows that the optimal conditions for preparing toner is that: the volume ratio of St / BMA is 1∶ 4,the volume ratio of water-oil is 1∶ 7,the mass fraction of PVA is 5. 00 %,the mass fraction of AIBN is 1. 00 %,the temperature of the reaction is 70 ℃,the speed of stirring is 400 r / min.
