摘要
目的构建新形势下我国护士长胜任力模型。方法 2015年9-12月,通过理论分析、文献回顾和专家顾问小组讨论构建国内护士长胜任力模型的初稿,并运用Delphi法对来自全国12所三级甲等医院的16名护理管理专家进行2轮问卷咨询,明确国内护士长应具备胜任力的1级指标和2级指标。结果两轮Delphi专家咨询问卷的有效率分别为100%和93.8%,专家的权威程度系数为0.856。两轮专家咨询共提出27条建议,课题组采纳21条。最终明确我国护士长胜任力模型包括6个一级指标和50个二级指标。结论通过科学的方法确定新形势下我国护士长胜任力模型,有利于护士长的岗位管理以及优质护理服务的深度发展。
Objective To construct the competency model of head nurses under the new situations in China.Methods The draft of competency model for head nurses was based on the theoretical analysis,literature review and consultation of advisory panel,and Delphi method was applied to conduct two rounds of questionnaire consultations with 16 nursing management experts,and identify the level 1indicators and level 2indicators.Results The effective rates of two rounds of questionnaire were 100% and 93.8%,respectively.The authority coefficient was 0.856.There were totally 27 suggestions proposed by the experts,and 21 were accepted.The competency model for head nurses was finally established,including 6level 1indicators and 50 level 2indicators.Conclusions The competency model of head nurses under the new situations is established in China through scientific method.It is favor for position management of head nurses and it can further promote the advanced development of quality nursing service.
