摘要
如何建立适应我国社会主义核心价值体系的行政事业单位人力资源管理制度,促进我国行政事业单位人力资源的健康发展是现阶段业内不断探讨的问题。本文分析了现阶段,我国行政事业单位人力资源管理方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
How to establish the human resources management system of administrative institutions that adapts to China’ s socialist core value system,and to promote the healthy development of the human resources of administrative institutions,is being discussed continuously at present. This paper analyzes the problems in human resources management of China’ s administrative institutions at the present stage and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
