公共产品供给、分工演进及城市人口规模扩张——基于新兴古典经济学研究视角

Supply of Public Products,Evolution of Division of Labor and Expansion of Urban Population Scale——Based on the Perspective of New Classical Economics

公共产品服务供给是促进城市生产和交易分工演进,推动城市经济发展和吸引农村劳动力持续迁入城市的重要影响因素。对此,基于分工和专业化思想建立的新兴古典经济学理论模型表明,城市人口规模扩大,通过公共产品服务供给的增加,客观上为城市生产和交易的分工演进创造了条件,城市人口规模将不断扩大,城市经济就因分工专业化带来的好处而不断发展。因此,农村劳动力转移至城市带来的所谓"城市病"问题的担忧是过分杞人忧天,城市生产和交易的分工专业化不断演进便是一剂良方。

Supplying public products and services is one of the most important influencing factors promoting urban production and evolution of division of labor of trade,driving the development of urban economy as well as attracting rural population continually to move to cities. So the established theoretical model of new classical economics based on the idea of division of labor and specialization indicates： the expansion of urban population objectively creates advantageous conditions for urban production and evolution of division of labor of trade by increasing the public service supplying,then urban population scale will expand continually,urban economy will continuously develop for the benefits of specialization and division of labor. So it’ s absolutely unnecessary to worry about the so-called ＂ city sick＂ problems caused by continuous rural labor immigration,urban production and the sustaining evolution of specialization and division of labor of trade is an effective recipe.
