Abolishment and Establishment in the Construction of New Urbanization——A Case Study of Xia Dao in Nanping

加快新型城镇化建设是十八大提出的一项重要任务,本文分析了南平市夏道镇推进新型城镇化建设所具备的现实条件,指出夏道镇在改变传统的城镇化发展路径过程中面临的困境,提出突破夏道镇新型城镇化建设中的困境需要制定实施科学规划,以产业为支撑,促进产城融合,要加强城镇整体功能建设,提升城镇综合承载能力。

Accelerating the construction of new urbanization is an important task put forward by the 18 th CPC National Congress. This paper analyzes the reality condition of promoting the new urbanization construction in the Xiadao Town in Nanping,points out the plight of the Xiadao Town in the process of changing the traditional path of urbanization development,and puts forward that breaking through the dilemma of new urbanization construction in Xiadao Town needs to implement scientific planning,to be supported by industry,to promote the integration of production and the city,to strengthen the construction of the overall functions of the cities and towns,and to enhance the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities and towns.
