Overseas Financing Market Changes and Strategic Choices of Chinese Real Estate Enterprises

本文分析2013年—2015年国内房地产企业在海外市场融资状况,探究造成房地产企业海外市场融资变化的原因。结合佳兆业事件、债务发行新规、汇率改革、人民币国际化背景分析中国房地产企业海外融资的困难和风险,最终对中国房地产企业融资方式和融资结构的转变提出可借鉴的策略建议。

This paper analyzes the financing situation of domestic real estate enterprises in overseas market from 2015 to 2013,exploring the reasons of the changes in the financing of real estate enterprises in overseas market. Combined with Kaisa event,new regulations of debt issued,reform of exchange rate,the RMB internationalization background,this paper analyzes difficulties and risks of overseas Chinese real estate enterprises financing. At last strategies have been put forwarded on the transformation of the financial method and financial structure of Chinese real estate enterprise.
