摘要
高职学生心理健康已然成为影响学生在校生活以及他们进入社会后融入社会、适应社会的重大因素。其中以适应力为核心的高职心理健康活动课程的构建就成为提前给高职学生体验社会生活的一个机会。通过构建以实践为核心,能力培养为主线高职心理健康活动课程来实现高职学生蜕变成高技能型人才的目标。
The mental health of higher vocational college students has become an important factor that affects the students’ life in school and their integration into and adapt to society after they enter the society. The construction of higher vocational psychological activity curriculum with resilience as the core has become an opportunity for higher vocational students to experience social life in advance. The construction of higher vocational psychological activity curriculum with practice as the core and the ability training as the main line will achieve the goal of changing higher vocational college students into high skilled talents.
