恩度联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

Effect Evaluation on the Combination of Endostar and Cisplatin in Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Complicated with Malignant Pleural Effusion

【目的】探讨恩度联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察。【方法】选取2011年5月至2015年4月在本院诊治的非小细胞肺癌并发恶性胸腔积液患者52例，随机原则分为观察组（n=27例）和对照组（n=25例），对照组采用顺铂常规化疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用恩度治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后生活质量评分、临床疗效及药物毒性反应。【结果】观察组和对照组的近期总有效率分别为81．48％和52．D0％，生活质量评分总稳定率分别为74．07％和44．00％，观察组均高于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组患者毒性反应发生率均无显著差异（P〉0．05）。【结论】对并发恶性胸腔积液非小细胞肺癌患者行恩度和顺铂联合治疗，生活质量明显改善，药物毒性反应低，效果显著，值得推广。

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of endostar combined with cisplatin in treatment of malignant pleural effusion caused by non-small cell lung cancer. [Methods] Fifty two cases of patients with non small cell lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into the study group （ n =27） and the control group（ n =25）. The control group was treated with routine cisplatin, while the study group wad treated with cisplatin plus endostar. The quality of life score, drug toxicity and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and evaluated before and after the therapy.[Results] The recent total effective rate of the study group and the control group were respectively 81.48% and 52.00%.The total stable scores of life quality were respectively 74.07% and 44.00%, the observation group was higher than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of toxic reactions between the two groups （ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion]It is effective to treat the patients with malignant pleural effusion caused by non-small cell lung cancer with the combination of endostar and cisplatin, The quality of life of the patients can be significantly improved with low drug toxicity. It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
