花生加工企业食品安全管理体系认证现状——以山东省为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着食品安全事件的频繁出现,食品安全管理体系在食品加工企业的作用越来越大。本文通过对山东省50家花生加工企业在食品安全管理体系认证方面的调查,研究花生加工企业实施食品安全管理体系的现状。经过数据的整理、分析,发现建成食品安全管理体系的企业只占22%,正在建设的企业占比50%,有4%的企业建成但是又放弃了,另外24%的企业没有建立食品安全管理体系。研究发现企业未建立食品安全管理体系以及建立过食品安全管理体系又放弃的主要原因是每年的认证和执行成本太高,没有经济效益以及企业规模太小。本文针对当前状况给出了一些建议。 As the food safety incidents occur frequently,the role of food safety management system(FSMS)in food processing enterprises is more and more important.According to 50 peanut processing enterprises in the field of FSMS certification of Shandong province by data sorting and analysis,it was found that the enterprises with operation of FSMS accounted for only 22%,enterprises with FSMS being under construction accounted for 50%,but 4%of the enterprises had abandoned the established FSMS,another 24% of the enterprises had not established FSMS yet.It was found that enterprises did not establish,or gave up the established FSMS are all due to the high expenditure of annual certification and execution,as well as other reasons such as absence of benefit stimulation and small enterprise scale.Countermeasures on present situation are suggested in this paper.
