摘要
本文对2015年以来30多个国家矿业经济政策的变化情况进行了全面的总结和回顾,从政府投资、财税、信贷支持、关税、矿业权与权利金等多个方面进行了分析,提出为应对矿业低迷期的持续下行压力,发达国家将以保护勘查和勘查企业为主,单一经济模式的资源国有加强矿业治理的趋向,政治、社会因素以及突发事件将加大政策不确定性。
This research has gathered tax and royalty policy by country regarding mineral operations in 2015-2016. Although commodities prices will continue to slump for years, Australia and Canada support mineral exploration by new funding, tax cuts and attracting investment. Resource countries are strengthening mining governance, especially in Arica＇s extractive industries. Meanwhile, political focus, social unrest, or other influential events will increase policy uncertainty for mining investment.
