摘要
本文对日本国家油气与金属公司的机构设置、人员管理、资金收支、机构主要投融资方式进行了深入研究,分析了其做为日本独立行政法人机构,相当于我国的政府事业单位,如何运用市场手段,开展矿产资源勘查开发资助,有效地解决了我国事企的矛盾,对我国地勘基金机构改革和资金运作模式都有重要的学习和借鉴意义。
The paper studies Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation in depth from its organization, staff management, revenue and expenditure and financing mode, and analyzes, acting as Japanese independent government administration organization, like our government institution, how it uses market measurements to finance the mineral exploration and development project. The Corporation resolves the contradiction of our enterprise and institution effectively. It can provide us with important significance of learning and reference.
