巨大胃间质细胞瘤一例

摘要 患者男性,56岁,12年前患者无意中摸到腹部脐左旁有一肿块,大小约3 cm×3 cm,触摸无疼痛,平日无不适感,正常生活和工作,从无求医和治疗。近年来肿块逐渐长大,对活动有影响,患者于2015-05-07入院。查体：腹部膨隆,延及全腹,除左腹部外侧1/3触诊较软并可闻及肠鸣音外,从剑突到耻骨联合的其余腹部触诊肿物较硬,
