摘要 以桔梗叶为主要原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定桔梗叶多糖提取工艺。将桔梗叶烘干粉碎,脱脂脱单糖后辅助超声波技术提取桔梗叶中的多糖,算得提取率。结果表明:最佳提取条件为温度70℃,时间60 min,频率为100 k Hz,功率700W。最佳条件下桔梗叶多糖得率为4.27%。 In this experiment, taking leaf of Platycodon grandiflorum as main raw materials, extraction process of leaf polysaccharide was determined mainly through the single factor test and orthogonal test. The leaf was dried, grinded, and skim off the monosaccharide auxiliary, and after that leaf polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic technology, then the extraction yield was calculated. The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions are 70 ~C, 60 rain, frequency of 100 kHZ, power 700 W. Under the best condition the yield is 4.27%.
