新常态下湖南邵阳县烟叶转型发展、创新发展、跨越发展的对策研究

Development Countermeasures of Transformation-development,Innovation-development and Spanning-development of Shaoyang County Tobacco in Hunan Province under the New Normal

本文从新常态入手,分析了国内外行业政策形势和挑战,将邵阳县的烟叶发展思路与湖南省、邵阳市、邵阳县等区域经济发展思路有效对接,提出了促进邵阳县烟叶转型发展、创新发展、跨越发展的对策措施。

Starting with the new normal, the paper analyzed and judged the policy situation and challenges of domestic and foreign tobacco industry. It connected the developmental way of Shaoyang County Tobacco to thoughts of regional economic development effec- tively. The development countermeasures which would promote transformation-development,innovation-development and spanning development of Shaoyang County Tobacco were put forward in this paper.
