浅谈湘西土家族苗族自治州林业有害生物发生防控现状与对策

Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures of Occurrence and Control of Forest Pests in Xiangxi Area

分析了湘西土家族苗族自治州林业有害生物发生、防控现状,建议从生态调控、创新管理、依法监管三方面改革防治理念和体制机制,提升防治能力。

Based on analyzing the present situation of occurrence and control of forest pests in Xiangxi area, this paper suggested reforming preventive and controlling concept and mechanisms, including three aspects： ecological regulation, innovation management, supervision in accordance with the law, thus improving control efficacy.
