摘要
目的利用激光多普勒测振仪检测成人正常鼓膜振动特征。方法于2015年6月至2015年9月间招募成人志愿者,检测鼓膜正常、纯音听阈正常后,应用激光多普勒测振仪检测90 d B SPL纯音刺激条件下鼓膜脐部振动幅度。刺激频率范围为400、800、1000、1500、2000、2500、3000、4000、5000、6000、8000 Hz共11个频率。结果鼓膜脐部振动于400-8000 Hz 11个频率处均可检测到,信噪比大于等于10 d B。鼓膜脐部振动于1000 Hz、3000 Hz处有两个峰值,于6000 Hz处有一个波谷。每耳测试可于十分钟内完成,测试过程中受试者无不适症状,安静状态平静呼吸对测试没有明显影响。结论激光多普勒测振仪可检测到鼓膜细微振动,成人鼓膜振动检测过程简便、无创、快速,为临床中耳传声功能精细化检测提供了依据。
Objective To obtain normative data of tympanic membrane motion in adults using laser Doppler vibrome- try (LDV). Methods Between June to September in 2016, 30 subjects with normal tympanic membrane and normal pure tone hearing levels were enrolled in this study. Tympanic membrane motion magnitudes in response to 90 dB SPL pure tones at 400, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000 and 8000 Hz were measured using LDV. Results Tym- panic membrane motion at the umbo were observed with signal/noise ratios of more than 10 dB at all test frequencies. Two motion magnitude peaks were seen at 1000 Hz and 3000 Hz, and a notch at 6000 Hz, All measurements were completed within 10 minutes for each ear. Normal quiet breathing had little effects on the measurement and subjects experienced no ob- vious discomfort in this study. Conclusion The fine motion of the TM can be measured using LDV. Measurement in adults is easy, non-invasive and fast. LDV provides a means of precise measurement of middle ear sound transmission functions.
