摘要
先天性胆脂瘤起病隐匿,能进行性生长破坏周围正常结构,早期易被临床医师忽视,错失最佳的诊疗时间,影响治疗效果。本文通过回顾性分析近年来相关的研究文献,帮助临床医师早期正确诊断中耳先天性胆脂瘤,提高治疗效果。
Congenital middle ear cholesteatoma is a rare and hidden lesion with the potential of uninhibited growth and risk of invasion of its surrounding structures. Cholesteatoma is treated surgically. The success of surgery is highly dependent on the extent of the lesion, This article presents information to aid clinicians in the early recognition of congenital middle ear cholesteatoma, in the hope of improving treatment outcomes.
