中国农村土地制度状况研究

China's rural land system research condition

自1980年代初期,我国开始推行以家庭承包经营为基础、统分结合双层经营模式的农村土地制度。在开始实施初期,此制度极大地促进了我国生产力的发展,缓解了人地矛盾,解决了新中国成立以来面临发展中国的一项主要问题。但是随着时代的发展,这种制度似乎不能更高地满足人们的要求,家庭联产承包经营制度的弊端逐渐显现。当今中国的农村土地制度存在许多问题,包括产权、所有权、法律、土地管理等等。我国需要从不同的方面和角度对目前实施的家庭联产承包责任制度进行分析,找到其弊端并提出一系列的解决措施。

Since the early 1980 s, China began to promote rural land on the basis of household contract management system, dual operation mode which combines unification.In the early,this system greatly enhanced the productivity development in our country and alleviate the contradiction of population and land,which solve the development since the founding of new China facing with a major problem in China. But with the development of The Times, the system can＇t satisfy people＇s requirements for higher defects of household contract management system which is gradually revealed.Today＇s China＇s rural land system exists many problems, including property rights and ownership, law, land management and so on. From different aspects and angles to the current implementation of the household contract responsibility system was analyzed, and find its disadvantage and puts forward a series of solutions.
