基于FLAC^(3D)对汤丹铜矿残留矿柱资源回采方案模拟优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决汤丹铜矿采空区群的安全隐患和残留矿架资源的回收难题,应用正交试验方法和FLAC^(3D)数值软件,对汤丹铜矿采空区稳定性模拟分析,优选全尾砂灰砂比1:4(矿房)、1:8(间柱、顶底柱)胶结充填方案,即先用全尾砂灰砂比1:4对矿房空区进行胶结充填,从上至下、从里往外依次回采间柱、顶底柱,嗣后全尾砂灰砂比1:8充填间柱、顶底柱回采空区。并对该方案进行可行性试验,取得了较好的效果。 In order to solve the safety problem of residual goaf group,and the difficulty of recovering residual pillar,the stability of mined-out areas was stimulated and analyzed by means of orthogonal test method and FLAC software.The cemented filling method was selected,that was using unclassified tailings with 1:4 cement-sand ratio filled the chamber.Then recovered the pillars,and using unclassified tailing with 1:8 cement-sand ratio filled the goaf formed by pillars sloping.The feasibility of this scheme was tested and it has got good effect.
